Replacement Policy

We do not accept returns; however, replacements of the same product are allowed within 7 days, with a shipping fee of ₹150 to be paid by the customer.

At FootFlex, we strive to ensure that our customers receive the best quality footwear. However, in the event of a defective or damaged product, replacements will be provided under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Replacement:

  • Requests for replacements can be made within 7 days of receiving your product.
  • A replacement will only be processed if there is a product defect or physical damage upon delivery, and the issue is reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • If the product is malfunctioning or not working as expected, a replacement is available within 7 days of delivery.

How to Request a Replacement:

  • Please contact our customer support team via our official website for any defective or damaged items.
  • A FootFlex team member will verify the issue and provide an update within 24 hours of receiving the returned product.

Return Conditions:

  • All returns must include the product in its original packaging, with all accessories intact.
  • We will arrange for a courier pickup for the return.

Note: FootFlex does not offer refunds or returns. Replacements are provided only as per the conditions outlined in this policy.  the replacement product will be delivered within 5-7days

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests cannot be processed if the order has already been processed and dispatched.
  • Orders placed under the Same-Day Delivery category are non-cancellable.
  • Products purchased during special or limited-time offers are not eligible for cancellation.

Pricing Policy

  • All prices listed on the FootFlex website are current and may change without prior notice.
  • In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the customer and it is credited with in 5-7days.
  • Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). For international transactions, applicable bank fees may apply.

Security

  • All transactions on the FootFlex website are protected by SSL encryption to ensure secure payments.
  • We do not store credit/debit card details. Payments are processed through authorized and compliant payment gateways.

Out of Stock Items

  • We aim to keep all products in stock. However, if an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you within 2 business days with options for exchange, delay, or cancellation.

Delivery Policy

  • Orders are shipped from our warehouses or authorized third-party centers.
  • Delivery time is estimated between 7-10 business days, depending on location.
  • Deliveries will be made via our courier partners between 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday – Saturday.
  • A signature is required upon delivery. FootFlex is not responsible for orders signed for by anyone other than the intended recipient.
  • In case of an undelivered order marked as "Delivered" in tracking, the issue must be reported within 24 hours for resolution.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs vary based on product weight, size, and destination.
  • Charges are displayed at checkout before payment is made.
