How do you calculate shipping charges, taxes, and duties?
We also offer free shipping in India for every order of Rs 2,500 or more. For a sum less than ₹2,500, there is an added charge of ₹100 at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can monitor your shipment by visiting our Order Tracking Page or logging into your account on our website.
What if I’m not available at the time of delivery?
Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your order up to three times before returning it to us. To ensure timely delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the correct pin code and mobile number.
Can I ship items from a single order to multiple addresses?
Currently, we do not support multiple shipping addresses for a single order. If you need to send items to different addresses, please place separate orders.
I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
Orders within India are typically delivered within 2-3 business days. Cash on Delivery (COD) and customized orders may take an additional 2 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at — with your order number, and we will assist you.
